As owner of One Parking, Kirsten specializes in helping owners recognize the revenue potential of their parking assets. Prior to co-founding One Parking, Kirsten worked over 15 years for the largest transportation management company in the world. She has over 25 years of experience operating and maximizing the revenues of parking assets. Formerly responsible for the profitably and operations of over 200 locations on the West Coast, Kirsten now oversees the operational and financial aspects of the One Parking portfolio at the corporate level. As CEO, she drives results of both the financial and service aspects of our client’s parking assets. She specializes in the marketing of parking locations as well as the implementation of control, utilizing her unique educational combination of Marketing and Accounting. Kirsten holds a B.S. Degree in Marketing from Arizona State University. Additionally, she holds a Business Analytics Certification from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton Business School, and a Negotiation and Influence Certificate from MIT Sloan Executive Education. Kirsten is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), The Commonwealth Institute, Women In Parking, and the Commercial Real Estate Women Network (CREW) Palm Beach/Treasure Coast Network.

As President/COO for One Parking, Mark is responsible for over 90 locations and is instrumental in driving financial results and operational excellence for the One Parking portfolio nationwide. Bringing over 30 years of experience, Mark has worked in all facets of parking since he began his career in 1984 and has been a significant leader and mentor in the industry. He spent his first 15 years with an international parking company, rising to the rank of Senior Vice President with responsibilities over a region comprised of 25 separate cities. His experience and desire for exemplary operations lead him to develop and implement one of the first instructional programs aimed at creating knowledgeable, confident managers. From there, Mark worked with Urban Growth Property Trust, based in Chicago, where he underwrote and valued parking assets across the country. He then returned to parking operations for Denison Parking for 15 years prior to coming aboard with One Parking.
Mark is focused on bringing technology to the parking industry to increase efficiencies and improve financial results. Several years ago, Mark was the pioneer in two-way audio/video patron assistance, which revolutionized the operations of parking properties. He continues to invent, develop and test various technologies keeping One Parking on the cutting edge of the industry. Mark has a BBA in Business Administration, Computer Science from Morehead State University.

Executive Vice President, Director of Asset Management, Washington, DC
William joined One Parking in 2008 as the company’s business leader in Washington, DC. He has over 20 years of industry experience working in markets across the Eastern seaboard. Using his operational expertise, he provides our clients with unique optimization strategies, resulting in dramatic increases and a level of customer, tenant, and client service, unmatched in the industry. In addition to Executive Vice President, William is the Director of Asset Management for 30 locations in the Washington, DC area. He has been responsible for standardizing the portfolio and for producing dramatic improvements in financial and operational results. William attended La Guardia Community College in New York, NY and Strayer University in Washington, DC.

Senior Vice President, Denver & VP of Administration
Wes joined One Parking in 2005 as the company’s business leader in Florida. He has over 29 years of parking management experience including many Central Business Districts (CBDs) nationally and internationally. His experience includes a very successful stint managing the Detroit Metropolitan Airport as well as Heathrow and Newcastle Upon Tyne Airport Parking Operations. He uses this experience to lead the company’s operations in Colorado and support the corporate headquarters. Wes earned a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.

David is an accomplished industry leader with over 23 years of parking and transportation management experience. He has worked with various types of properties including airport, office, retail and medical. He has overseen revenues in excess of 80M annually and managed over 225 employees. David attended Northrop University and received a B.S. Degree in Business Administration/Marketing.

General Manager, Rosemary Square & WPB Operations
Adolph joined One Parking in 2005 and is responsible for our first and largest property in West Palm Beach, Florida. He currently oversees 100 service employees that valet, cashier, shuttle and provide concierge services to our customers. Adolph has over 20 years of management experience including automotive financing working with GMAC for 16 years. Adolph attended St. Thomas University in Miami, FL and studied Business Administration.

Vice President, Chicago/Midwest
Rosario joined One Parking in January 2015 as a Project Manager in Washington, D.C. He now acts as Vice President and is responsible for overseeing all Chicago/Midwest operations, new location transitions in the Midwest market, and working directly with ownership on new business development. He has an extensive background in business networking and has always been viewed as an avid professional with a commitment to customer service. Rosario continues to focus on creating relationships in the community and increasing operational standards and profitability for the client. Rosario attended Camden County College in New Jersey.
