COVID-19: Partnering to stay safe, healthy, informed

With the ongoing threat and risk of COVID-19, One Parking is continually evaluating our business practices to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees. On this page, you will see the steps we are taking to ensure easy access to the parking facilities we operate and maintain safe and effective parking operations, all while delivering excellent customer service.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OUR CUSTOMERS, CLIENTS & EMPLOYEES

As global concern about the current COVID-19 outbreak grows, we’re doing our best to keep everyone healthy and safe in the facilities we operate and in the workplace, while also minimizing the disruptions to our day-to-day operations. We continue to closely monitor the situation through the specific coronavirus websites of the CDC or the WHO. We understand the current outbreak is worrying and we want to take a moment to share the ways we help keep the workplace and the parking facilities we operate safe.

Since the virus is highly contagious and there’s currently no vaccine, we all need to:

    • Stay home if we are sick
    • Refrain from visiting the workplace after travel to an infected city or high-risk country
    • Stay home if we’ve had contact with a potentially infected person
    • Refresh ourselves on proper cough and sneeze hygiene
    • Wash our hands regularly
    • Stop touching our faces
    • Rely on virtual communication when possible

In turn, the measures we’re taking as a company are:

    • Increasing supplies of sanitizer wipes
    • Provide ample hand sanitizer and tissues
    • Provide and maintain adequate personal protective equipment (gloves and masks) onsite at all times
    • Social distancing protocols
    • Temporarily ban visitors and non-essential personnel from the property
    • Remote work arrangements

Of all these measures, we cannot stress enough the importance of staying home when you’re sick. Please do your part to keep everyone safe and healthy by refraining from coming into work with symptoms even if you “feel fine.”

Thank you for taking measures to protect yourself and our employees from exposure to COVID-19. As always, please stay healthy and safe.
