Greg is the founder of One Parking and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer responsible for new business development and providing consulting services to our current clients. In his role as corporate officer, Greg also provides due diligence on new developments or new projects for our clients and has been responsible for securing the company leases in Boston and New Jersey. Prior to founding One Parking, Greg was a Senior Vice President responsible for the operations of over 900 locations throughout the Northeast with over $800M in annual operating revenues. Today, Greg uses that experience to provide the leadership and direction to One Parking. Greg earned his MBA from Eastern Michigan University with an undergraduate degree from Michigan State University. |
President
Kirsten specializes in helping owners recognize the revenue potential of their parking assets. She has over 20 years of experience operating and maximizing the revenues of parking assets. Formerly responsible for the profitability and operations of over 200 locations on the West Coast, Kirsten now oversees the operational and financial aspects of the One Parking boutique portfolio at the corporate level. As President, she drives results of both the financial and service aspects of our client's parking assets. She specializes in the marketing of parking locations as well as the implementation of control, utilizing her unique educational combination of Marketing and Accounting. Kirsten earned a B.S. Degree in Marketing from Arizona State University. |
Vice President - Florida
Wes joined One Parking in 2005 as the Company's business leader in Florida. He has over 24 years of hands on parking management experience including work at Detroit Metro Airport and in the international arena at Heathrow and Newcastle upon Tyne Airport Parking Operations. He also operated Detroit Metro Airport. During his time in Detroit,, Wes successfully doubled airport revenues and managed the site while under construction. Wes earned a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. |
Vice President -Massachusetts
Ed joined One Parking in 2009 as the company's business leader in Boston Massachusetts. Ed has 25 years in the parking industry working for three of the largest, nationally recognized parking companies. His vast experience includes working with the public sector with municipalities, state agencies, hospitals, airports and arenas. In addition to his operational responsibilities Ed has also consulted for the development of garages for Boston Properties, Gale International, Spaulding & Slye, Hines, and Berkeley Investments to name a few. In his role with One Parking, Ed utilizes this knowledge and experience to set a standard of excellence for the clients we represent. |
Vice President – West Coast
Henry has over 16 years experience in parking operations and engineering. His operational experience includes valet, self-park, event and stadium as well as off airport parking models in larger parking markets such as New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Boston and Los Angeles. Henry has collectively administered the successful design, implementation and construction of numerous capital renovation and new construction projects. His role with One Parking includes overseeing the operational and expansion activities on the West Coast. Henry attended Cohen School of Business in New York City as well as Parsons School of Design in their Architectural Program. |
Partner - Washington DC
Greg Maxey recently joined One Parking bringing 30 years or parking management experience to the company. During his time in the industry, Greg has undertaken various roles in 12 states, as well as internationally. Greg spent time in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, where he took on the challenging role of establishing and developing the European arm of his prior company, opening locations in Greece, Spain, Poland, Germany, Switzerland, The Czech Republic and Hungary. He became the European Managing Director, overseeing all the company's on and off-street operations both on the Continent and in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Included in his responsibilities were The Messe Turm, located in Frankfurt am Main, Heathrow International Airport, Athens International Airport, The Cities of Oxford, Dublin and Edinburgh On-Street Enforcement contacts as well as approximately 150 other locations. Upon returning to the Washington, DC area, Mr. Maxey was instrumental in leading the restructuring and expansion of the Washington, DC area. Greg attended The University of Tulsa where he studied Business Administration. |
Director of Asset Management
William joined One Parking in 2008 as the Company's business leader in Washington DC. He has 15 years of experience in the parking industry working markets on the Eastern seaboard. In his current role, William directs the asset management of 18 locations in the Washington, DC area. He has been responsible for standardizing the portfolio and for producing dramatic improvements in financial and operational results William attended La Guardia Community College, New York, NY and Strayer University, Washington DC. |
Consulting Partner
Bob is widely acknowledged in the real estate industry as one of the world's leading parking management, operations and design experts. He currently provides One Parking consulting support by providing feasibility studies, strategic planning, functional design, revenue control systems, way-finding, start up and ongoing operational consulting for complex mixed use facilities. His twenty plus years experience provides the expertise necessary to successfully deliver practical solutions for both operations and design to the most prominent leaders of the real estate industry. Bob earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management at Illinois State University. |
General Manager
Adolph joined One Parking at it's inception in 2005 and has responsibility for our first and largest property in West Palm Beach, Florida. He currently oversees 100 service employees that valet, cashier, shuttle and provide concierge services to our customers. Adolph has over 20 years of management experience including automotive financing working with GMAC for 16 years. Adolph attended St. Thomas University in Miami, FL and studied Business Administration. |
Revenue Control Manager CityPlace
MJ joined One Parking in 2008 with over 10 years experience with information systems, including 9 years specific to parking industry applications. She has been involved in over 40 successful equipment installations for airports, multi use locations, hotels and hospitals. She provides technical support for One Parking's hardware, software and financial database systems with a focus on revenue control. Her combined background in IT and Accounting creates a valuable asset for us and our clients as she is able to help increase controls through maximizing the use of technology, including increased revenue collection and implementation of efficient reporting systems. MJ earned a degree in Business Management from Erie Community College. |
