Tishman Speyer Portfolio - Washington DC
In February 2008, One Parking opened its Parking Asset Management Division in Washington DC. Responsibilities include the coordination of standardizing an 18 property portfolio and maximizing the income to ownership that is associated with each location.


CityPlace - West Palm Beach, FL
This internationally acclaimed living style center is an entertainment, retail and work/living concept with national retailers, regional specialty shops, restaurants, a 20-screen Muvico cinema, premium office spaces, private town homes, live/work lofts and condominium apartments on this 72 acre project. There are four valet podium locations and four self-park facilities, all operated by One Parking, which process 150,000 valet vehicles and 2,000,000 self-park customers annually.

Courvoisier Centre – Miami, FL
One Parking provides cashiering and parking management services to the only public parking facility on Brickell Key. Courvoisier Centre is a two building 326,000 square foot office complex overlooking Biscayne Bay located on a gated island community of luxury condominiums, retail and a five-star hotel (The Mandarin Oriental). The garage services the office tenants and their customers, the retail component, overflow parking for the hotel, as well as the residential tower connected.

Grand Opening Events for New Residential Developments – West Palm Beach, FL
Working closely with the Carey O’Donnell Public Relations Group, One Parking provides VIP valet services for the related Florida Grand Opening and Sales projects.

These events usually challenge our management team to become creative to ensure the valet experience is a success for the potential buyers and VIPs that attend the functions.

Provide cashiering and parking management services to the Federal Courthouse which was recently renovated and reopened in January 2007. The lot contains 150 spaces and serves court employees, jurors, FEMA, as well as the Department of Immigration and Naturalization.

This dramatic 18 story, 335,000 square foot Class A office tower has its own 280 space self-park garage as well as a VIP valet service for tenants and visitors to the building.
