Greg Susick
CEO/COO
Greg has worked in the parking industry for over 20 years, holding various positions in a number of different geographic locations. Prior to founding One Parking, Greg was the Senior Vice President for Central Parking Corporation (CPC) and was responsible for over 900 locations throughout the Northeast with over $800M in annual operating revenues. In his role as a corporate officer, Greg used his financial acumen to assist Central Parking in the acquisition of parking locations, as well as regional parking companies. Greg earned his MBA from Eastern Michigan University with an undergraduate degree from Michigan State University.
Kirsten Dolan
President
Kirsten specializes in helping owners recognize the revenue potential of their parking assets. She has 20 years of parking management experience and prior to founding One Parking, was responsible for the new business development and profitability of the Los Angeles Region which included over 200 locations, 90,000 spaces and 850 employees. She now oversees the operational and financial aspects of the One Parking portfolio at the corporate level. She specializes in the marketing of parking locations as well as the implementation of control, utilizing her unique educational combination of Marketing and Accounting, as well as her hands on experience within the industry. Kirsten holds a B.S. Degree in Marketing from Arizona State University.
Wes Smith
Vice President
Wes has twentyfour years of hands on parking management experience where he has managed over 100 locations during his career. He has managed every imaginable operation in size and scope. In his prior positions, he was presented the opportunity to work in the international arena for five years as the General Manager of Heathrow and Newcastle upon Tyne Airport Parking Operations. While in the UK, he was also involved with his prior company’s first ventures into the on-street parking enforcement with the privatization of these services through an act of parliament. Before moving to Florida, Wes was in charge of all parking operations at the Detroit Metro Airport. Wes holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
Edwin Crean
Vice President Massachusetts
Ed has spent 24 years in the parking business amassing a substantial amount of knowledge and experience and developing significant relationships with owners, developers, and property managers. In his prior position, Ed served as a General Manager and a Senior Director of Operations spending 17 years in the greater Boston and New England area. In addition to overseeing a roster of first class properties in downtown Boston his experience includes overseeing the operation of numerous sites owned by the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority to include the TD Garden, home of the Bruins and Celtics. He has been directly involved with the parking operation at the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport inclusive of the on-site airport shuttle operation and the implementation of a shuttle service between the airport and the Anderson Transportation Center in Woburn and the MBTA Sullivan Station in Boston. His experience also includes being liaison for the municipalities of Lowell, and Worcester for each city's off street parking operation.
In addition to his operational responsibilities Ed has also provided consulting for the development of garages for Boston Properties, Gale International, Spaulding & Slye, Hines, and Berkeley Investments to name a few. He also coordinated the on-going operation of parking garages while they were undergoing significant repair resulting in maintaining a revenue stream for the property owners during the phasing of the project.
William Torres
Director of Asset Management
William, with 14 years of experience in the parking industry; has managed over 100 locations throughout his career. He has demonstrated a consistent record of outstanding management skills for some of the largest parking companies in the US. He currently directs the asset management of 18 locations in the Washington DC area.
His levels of detailed experience include overseeing new parking projects, formulation of budgets and revenue auditing of parking facilities.
He also has extensive knowledge with inter-personnel employee development training and his bilingual skills have placed him in a position of being an asset to One Parking and assisting in the opening of our Asset Management division in Washington DC.
William attended La Guardia Community College, New York, NY and Strayer University, Washington DC.
Adolph Fernandez
General Manager
Adolph has five years experience specific to the parking industry. He currently oversees 100 individuals in our West Palm Beach operations. Adolph has over 20 years of management experience including automotive financing working with GMAC for 16 years. During those years he has held positions as Collections, Wholesale & Credit Manager. He also has extensive knowledge and experience with personnel development and training. In addition, his bilingual skills have been instrumental in being able to manage personnel and customer service related matters. Adolph attended St. Thomas University in Miami, FL and studied Business Administration.
Mary Jean Prowse
Revenue Control Manager CityPlace
MJ comes to One Parking with over 10 years experience with information systems, including 9 years specific to parking industry applications. She provides technical support for One Parking’s hardware, software and financial database systems with a focus on revenue control. Her combined background in IT and Accounting creates a valuable asset for us and our clients as she is able to help increase controls through maximizing the use of technology.
MJ has a degree in Business Management from Erie Community College.
Charlie Tavormina
Partner
Charlie founded his own hospitality company in 2005 with the foundation of Parking Management and more specifically Valet Parking for Luxury Hotels. In the past two years he has expanded beyond valet parking to include front door services, transportation and concierge assistance. Mr. Tavormina has over 10 years of national experience in servicing hotels, banquet facilities, residential condominiums, medical facilities and private affairs. Mr. Tavormina has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Rutgers University. He currently employs over 75 employees on the eastern coast of the United States and is a partner with One Parking at the Ten Exchange Place property in Jersey City.
